- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- A few cardamom seeds
- A few pepper seeds
- 10 ml of cane sugar syrup

Instructions :
- Pour the rum into an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add a few drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise for a touch of aromatic depth
- In a mortar, crush the cardamom seeds, cinnamon powder and a few peppercorns, and add it to the rum.
- Stir in cane sugar syrup for a subtle sweetness.
- Stir gently to mix the flavors well.
- Add an ice cube
- Decorate with a star anise flower and ground pepper.
