Ingredients :
- 80g of round rice
- 75g caster sugar
- 500g semi-skimmed milk
- 250g of liquid cream
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 tsp Antésite Licorice Lemon
Recipe instructions:
- Blanch the round rice by bringing it to the boil with 3 times its weight in water. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, make a dry caramel with the caster sugar. Gradually pour in 500g of semi-skimmed milk and 250g of liquid cream, previously heated. Add a vanilla pod split in two. Bring to the boil. Add the rice then the Antésite Citron, and cook over low heat. The rice is cooked when all the liquid is absorbed (25-30 minutes).
- Remove the vanilla, divide into glasses and leave to cool.
