Ingredients :
- 20cl of Earl Gray tea infusion
- A few drops of Antésite Hibiscus Raspberry Pomegranate
- 1/2 teaspoon of acacia honey
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- Fresh raspberries
Decoration:
A few fresh raspberries floating on the surface of the glass.
Glass :
A wide, clear wine glass is ideal for letting the aromas blossom, the colors reveal themselves and the raspberries do their little swim.
Instructions :
- Brew 20 cl of Earl Grey tea and let it cool slightly.
- Add half a teaspoon of acacia honey and mix until well dissolved.
- Add a few drops of Antésite Hibiscus Framboise Grenade to the tea.
- Stir in a teaspoon of orange blossom water for a subtle floral touch.
- Mix gently, then pour into a wine glass.
- Add some fresh raspberries to garnish and add a touch of freshness to the cocktail.
