Ingredients :
- 2 large pears
- 200g fresh raspberries
- 4 cl of Organic Hibiscus Raspberry-Pomegranate Antésite
- Red food coloring powder
- 2cl of lemon juice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash of vanilla extract
Recipe instructions:
- Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Place in a saucepan, covering with water. Add the Antésite Hibiscus Raspberry-Pomegranate, a little red food coloring, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla. Bring to a gentle boil for 30 minutes.
- Remove the pears and reduce the liquid by half with 100g of fresh raspberries (15-20 mins). Turn off the heat and put the pears back in until ready to serve the dessert.
- Serve in bowls with the juice, remaining fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.
