Pan-fried red fruits with Antésite

Recipe for 2 people

fruit | gluten free | vegetarian

Ingredients :
  • 250g of gariguette or ciflorette strawberries
  • Some cherries
  • ½ punnet of raspberries
  • 1 good tbsp of neutral honey
  • 5 drops of Antésite Réglisse Anise

Recipe instructions:

  1. Hull 250g of gariguette or ciflorette strawberries. If they are small, leave them whole, if they are a little bigger, cut them in half. Stone a few cherries, wash ½ punnet of raspberries.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of neutral honey and 5 drops of Antésite Réglisse Anis into a pan and let them caramelize for a few minutes over low heat. Pour the red fruits into the pan and stir it gently in circular motions to coat the fruits with syrup. Leave them in the pan for 60 seconds, no more.
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a soufflé omelette.
