Ingredients :
- 200ml of milk (vegetable or animal)
- 1 bag of chai tea
- A few drops of Antésite Anis
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
Decoration:
A pinch of cinnamon and a star anise for a warm and aromatic touch.
Glass :
Two options for two different atmospheres:
- Ceramic mug : For a cozy and comforting moment.
- Clear Latte Glass : To highlight creamy layers and spices.
Instructions :
- Heat 200ml of milk in a saucepan until hot, without boiling.
- Add the chai tea bag and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
- Remove the tea bag and add a few drops of Antésite Anis for a subtle note of licorice.
- Sweeten with a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
- Mix well, then pour into a ceramic mug or latte glass
